Backend Dev Team Lead

Access Fintech is an innovative risk management service for banks and buy-side firms. The service helps firms track the trade lifecycle and get a true sense of prioritized risk, across an increasing number of systems. Access Fintech brings together Fintech providers and in-house technology, orchestrating the interaction of the distributed providers and creating a single visual display of the risk of financial transactions in a globally sharable view.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-5 developers.
• Provide estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.
• Ensure the quality of the code (code reviews).
• Keep the team in line with all activities and task prioritization.
• Work closely with product and other development teams in the company.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in their technical growth and act as a spear head & mentor to the team members.
• This position includes some hands-on work as well.
• Developing and integrating highly scalable micro services, including GraphQL-based queries for internal and external use.
• Constructing and managing complex big data queries and aggregations in a performance-critical environment.
• Enabling secure data collaboration between different clients.
  
  

• At least 4 years experience as a team leader.
• Experience with leading development of complex systems.
• Experience working closely with product and other development teams.
• Mentoring capabilities.
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of C# .NET experience, building the server side of enterprise level system (high performance, highly available and scalable systems).
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Distributed Systems.
• Experience with micro services.
• Familiarity with messaging bus (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (speaking and writing).
