Position: Backend Team Lead

Novidea delivers a 360-degree business view, and a powerful competitive advantage. We are looking for an excellent Backend Team Lead to join the R&D team.

What's the job:

As a Team leader in the R&D, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and create Novidea’s product, built on the force.com Platform. In this position, you will:

• Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
• Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more
• Recruit and mentor new team members.
  
  

What you have:

• 2-3 years of managerial experience – leading a back stack development team.
• Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
• Experience in JAVA, C#
• Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
• Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
• High logical & Analytical abilities. excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
