Minute Media is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to operate and lead our retention activity. Your mission will be focused on managing and growing our revenues from retaining users, creating engaging campaigns for our products and content.
What You’ll Do
- Account management of MinuteMedia’s strategic video player partners.
- Grow existing accounts from small-scale to high-traffic volumes.
- Take ownership of customers from A to Z: Report and manage problems, AB tests, daily analysis and optimization, and constant communication (become the partner's best friend).
- Work side by side with the development teams to convey clients' feedback and general product improvements.
- The position will sometimes require availability during weekends and after business hours.
What You Have
- Proven 2-3 years of working experience as a Customer Success Manager in global B2B-focused SaaS (Specifically in the video player space) - Must
- Strong technical problem-solving and self-learning skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own as well as a part of a team.
