Commercial & Compliance Legal Counsel

Job Description

• Work closely with our global senior sales team, advising on all legal aspects of our business including product, compliance and more
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts focused on sales agreements
• Offer guidance on a variety of legal matters to support executives and professionals on the sales team
• Play a key role in keeping Wix's legal interests secure and promoting our success
• Establish and monitor compliance processes in Wix
  
  

Qualifications:

• You are an experienced commercial lawyer with around 4-5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B company or a law firm’s commercial department
• You have experience dealing with regulatory issues and compliance processes
• You have mother-tongue level English and are experienced in commercial transaction law as well as contract negotiations and drafting
• You’re a hard worker and passionate about what you do
• You’re business oriented, thorough, analytical and know how to close a deal
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, are a skilled multitasker and take full ownership of your projects, from start to finish
• Experience supervising complex commercial transactions involving various stakeholders and an understanding of global commercial transaction regulations would be an advantage
