We’re Hiring a Legal Counsel - Procurement & Technology

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join an in-house legal team in a key role combining commercial contracts, technology procurement, regulatory matters, and ongoing legal support for business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement and IT procurement agreements.
• Handling a variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, SaaS, cloud, implementation, maintenance, and outsourcing.
• Providing ongoing legal advice on payment processing, business credit, and financing.
• Advising on regulatory matters and preparing legal opinions.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, procurement, business credit, and operations.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of post-internship experience.
• Significant experience handling commercial agreements and technology procurement.
• Familiarity with privacy, information security, and financial regulation.
• Experience at a leading commercial law firm or within a financial or technology company.
