This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, customer retention, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

• Customer satisfaction, customer retention, and relationship building skills
• Analytical skills for identifying issues and devising solutions to enhance customer success
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
