Primary responsibilities include talent sourcing, networking, and creating a robust candidate pipeline across various roles, including sales, marketing, administration, technology, and operations. 

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.

2. Networking: Attend job fairs, university events, and other in-person and online platforms to build a strong employer brand and establish connections with potential candidates.

3. Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates, communicate the company's culture, and showcase career opportunities.

4. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about trends and developments in the Anglo job market in Israel to tailor recruitment strategies effectively.

5. Interview Coordination: Occasionally conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with company values.

6. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR managers and hiring teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and hiring teams, providing support where needed to ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding process.

8. Branding: Contribute to creative branding strategies to enhance the company's presence and attract diverse talent.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English is essential.

- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in talent sourcing and networking.

- Understanding of the Anglo job market in Israel.

- Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent networking skills.

- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous.
