Responsibilities:

-Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of professionals, including developers, implementers, and QA personnel.

Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

-Salesforce Development:

Execute hands-on tasks in Salesforce development, utilizing APEX, Lightning Web, and other relevant technologies.

-Project Management:

Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines.

Manage project planning, implementation, and post-implementation stages.

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on both Frontend and Backend development.
• 2 years of experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong expertise of 5 years in Salesforce technologies, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience and knowledge in business processes, with the ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
