Job Title: Sales team manager and Product manager Oncology LUNG cancer
Introduction to role:
Join us as a Lung PM and FLSM (First Line sales manager), where you will lead the sales team in a highly competitive and complex environment. You will be part of strategic decision-making to improve business performance and be an active member of the cross team. You will also lead a product that improve patients’ lives and quality.

Accountabilities:
As a Lung PM and FLSM, you will lead the sales team, including coaching and selling skills, account plans, sales analysis, team meetings, and brand tactics in the field. You will be responsible for preparing, updating, and implementing brand plans, including short- and long-term market share/profitability targets. You will gather and interpret customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, and other developments within the sector.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years of FLSM experience in the pharma sector, from specialty TA
- At least 2 years of PM experience in the pharma sector, preference from Oncology Therapy Area
- Effective at teamwork and have ability to lead a team
- Strategic thinker with ability to set product vision
- Have a strong scientific knowledge
- Have the ability to create strong relationship with customers and leading KEEs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have a strong analytical skills
- Has coaching skills & selling skills
- Can prioritize effectively between parallel roles
- Has the ability to accept changes & fast adaptation, agility skills
- University degree from a reputable university
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- No restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
- Previous experience in Oncology
