Software Engineer Team Lead

A startup in the DevTools field, this company develops technology that simplifies the process of identifying and fixing issues in Kubernetes through capabilities in change monitoring and automation.

The company has received significant investments from leading global venture capital firms, recently completing a substantial Series B funding round.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station and offer a hybrid work model with two days of remote work per week.

Responsibility

• Lead a team of 4 developers and a team lead in the FS development domain.
• Mentor and guide the team in advanced backend development.
• Drive R&D initiatives within and beyond the team, fostering innovation.
• Actively contribute to code reviews and design discussions, ensuring technical excellence.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks, establish efficient development processes.
• Play a key role in selecting and nurturing talent for optimal team performance.
• Hands-on development expertise in GO, AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL, aligning with the team's technical focus.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Backend development.
• One year of hands-on experience with GO programming language.
• Technical degree or background in a reputable technological company or startup.
• Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Prior experience in system architecture or serving as a Tech Lead- Advantage
