What is your mission?
- Serve as a true business partner to leaders, managers, and employees in the Product House (Product and R&D) units – initiate strategic plans and drive execution to ensure the units meet both business and HR-related targets.
- End-to-end responsibilities for all HR procedures and processes in the divisions. Lead and implement global HR processes such as the annual review process, employee surveys, organizational communications, leadership development plans, etc.
- Provide HR guidance and consultation for leaders and employees at all levels.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
- Take an active part in the HR global team and lead cross-company projects.

What are the requirements?
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a matrixed international global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human resources, or another relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
- Ability to build and drive HR Organizational Development and change management initiatives within assigned client groups aligned with business strategy.
- Experience working independently and proactively with multiple stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced, and growing business environment.
- Strong business partnering skills, including problem-solving, coaching, and consultation skills.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and the ability to lead HR agenda.
- Well-experienced with Employee Relations and able to support and guide managers around ER cases in alignment with local labor laws.
