Global Talent Acquisition Partner

Gilat Satellite Networks is a global leader in the satellite industry, providing efficient and reliable satellite-based connectivity solutions to thousands of enterprises, service providers, and operators.

We are looking for a Global Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA global team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and work with stakeholders across the organization to hunt and reach top talent for our rapidly growing business.

In this role, you will take ownership as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source talent effectively and creatively, always keeping candidate experience top of mind through HR interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical requirements of the roles, the function, and how they fit into the organization.
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local and global pipeline areas.
• Maintain candidate databases and communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
• Take part in building an annual strategic employee brand roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, implementing and developing new methods to expand and keep our employee branding cutting-edge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sourcing talented candidates for hardware tech positions – Must.
• Data-oriented approach and abilities - Must.
• Experience in managing employee branding and social media - advantage.
• Impressive candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates.
• Solid technology and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant technical skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• High level of English.
• B.A. in a relevant field - advantage.
