Human Resources Manager

What you will do:

• Partner with businesses to deliver and Implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Provide HR guidance and consultation for managers.
• Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
• Support and execute performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, and workforce planning processes according to HR strategy.
• Support business growth by partnering effectively with managers and employees and delivering value that aligns with business objectives.
• Employee life cycle - Support employee lifecycle including onboarding programs, performance management, comp&ben knowledge, employee retention, offboarding, succession plan, and more.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

What you need: 

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR in previous roles, preferably from startup  companies and R&D teams.
• Experience in managing HR in a fast-growing, scaling startup environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Experience advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment
• Ability to develop strong relationships and influence various stakeholders within the organization.
• A team player with a true drive to create a positive work environment.
• Proactive & able to multitask and prioritize independently.
