Marketing Operations Manager

Lusha's Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team!

This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Responsibilities will include executing marketing campaigns, providing comprehensive reports, gathering feedback and insights, and proactively seeking ways to streamline our marketing operations and initiatives. Their contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our campaigns, ultimately making a substantial impact on our company's growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate for this role is an innovative team player with a strong understanding of omnichannel workflows, creativity, and proficiency in technology. He will have a crucial impact on our marketing efforts by optimizing operations and improving overall efficiency, utilizing their expertise in customer engagement platforms such as Braze.

What You’ll Do:

• Marketing automation end-to-end technical execution:
• Configure and manage the Braze account
• Hands-on creation campaigns; ad-hoc and automated ones
• Utilize liquid syntax to build more advanced campaigns
• Align different requests from different stakeholders, making sure users are not “bombarded��� with messages
• Build and maintain touchpoint policies, suppression rules, and sunsetting
• Generate reporting, dashboards, and data analysis enabling data-driven decision-making for both marketing and sales organizations based on the analysts' models to establish a single source of truth.
• Ensure seamless integration, functionality, and alignment of the marketing technology stack with company business needs.
• Manage data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across global markets where Lusha operates.
• Become the primary point of contact for the marketing team's operational and data requirements.
  
  

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing operations ideally in global SAAS companies.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing targeted campaigns within Braze and/or HubSpot, and Salesforce CRM, specifically tailored for large-scale companies with extensive databases while ensuring optimal engagement and results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with additional platforms such as strip.io, HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, Chili Piper, Looker Studio - is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress - Advantage.
• HTML, JS, CSS knowledge - Advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
