Atera is looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our team!

You’ll be joining a squad focused on building features for our large-scale multi-tenant system, enabling our customers to better manage their business, infrastructure, and security.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Tech Lead proficient in Angular to join our team. As the Frontend Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our frontend development efforts and be responsible for guiding our cross-functional R&D teams, collaborating with designers, translating design concepts into interactive web experiences, and contributing to architectural decisions.

• Provide expert guidance and leadership in front-end development with a focus on Angular technologies. Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve technical challenges. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing best practices, providing code reviews, and offering guidance on complex technical issues as well as knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the skills of the team.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for frontend development, including technology selection, architecture design, and implementation best practices.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience as Frontend Developer.
• Proven experience as a frontend developer with a strong proficiency in Angular framework.
• In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture design and REST API.
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior developer role, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of front-end developers.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
