Full-Stack Team Lead

I'm looking for anFull-Stack Team Lead for a leading and funded Cyber startup!

I'm looking for a highly talented Full-Stack Team Lead to manage a team of 5-6 experienced full-stack developers & QA, work cross-functionally between departments and set the technical & cultural tone for the team. Apart from leading a team of highly qualified people you will be able to impact a high-availibility cyber product. I'm looking for people who want to innovate as well as manage.

What will you do?

• Leading and managing a team of talented software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Directing the development and implementation of cloud-based applications, utilizing AWS and Azure technologies.
• Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards, best practices, and our company's quality assurance processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with other business systems.
• Demonstrating deep knowledge in Postgres SQL DB and NoSQL DB, effectively utilizing these technologies for data storage and retrieval.

To be a successful candidate, you should bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of of TL experience
• Thorough knowledge of Python and React, enabling you to lead the development of modern, scalable applications -At least 4 years of experience
• Extensive experience in cloud computing, with a proven track record of utilizing AWS and Azure platforms - At least 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Postgres SQL DB, ensuring the efficient management and utilization of relational data. At least 2 years of experience
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fostering a motivated and productive team environment.
• A strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile and DevOps practices.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Knowledge of NoSQL DB technologies such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB, enabling you to handle unstructured and large datasets.
