Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic development team. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, Mobx, MUI, Node.js, Docker, Express, .NET, and MongoDB. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, React, Mobx, Node.js, and MongoDB on AWS.
• Conduct code reviews, work on improving our code quality, and development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Conduct high-level design of new features and infrastructure changes, together with our software architect.
• Manage, mentor, and provide leadership to the team 3 Employees, ensuring their productivity and growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify and fix performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience with React
• At least 3 years of experience with Next.js
• Previous experience with C# and .NET RESTful APIs
• Previous experience as a team lead
• Previous experience with Agile development using Sprints
• Previous experience with SOLID, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns
• Previous experience with consuming and building RESTful APIs
• Excellent English skills
• Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode, 4 days a week from our cozy office in Tel Aviv.
