What will you do in SuperPlay?:

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team.

• Dive deep into our game's data to uncover valuable insights, patterns, and trends. Your analyses will provide the foundation for strategic decisions.
• Transform your data findings into actionable recommendations and conclusive insights. Your input will guide the development of in-game features, the optimization of our game's economy, and the shaping of our future product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with various departments within the company. Your insights will be instrumental in creating better gaming experiences, enhancing monetization strategies, and improving player retention.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports to ensure that key business metrics and player experiences are readily available for the entire team. These tools will facilitate data-driven decision-making across the company.
  
  

• 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company, or in the online gaming industry
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• A deep-seated curiosity for understanding user behavior and the ability to navigate through uncertainty with ease.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-motivation.
  
  

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel for user analytics.
• Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
