What will you do in SuperPlay?:

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team.

Dive deep into our game's data to uncover valuable insights, patterns, and trends. Your analyses will provide the foundation for strategic decisions.
Transform your data findings into actionable recommendations and conclusive insights. Your input will guide the development of in-game features, the optimization of our game's economy, and the shaping of our future product roadmap.
Collaborate closely with various departments within the company. Your insights will be instrumental in creating better gaming experiences, enhancing monetization strategies, and improving player retention.
Develop automated dashboards and reports to ensure that key business metrics and player experiences are readily available for the entire team. These tools will facilitate data-driven decision-making across the company.

Who are you?:

2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company, or in the online gaming industry
BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field
Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
A deep-seated curiosity for understanding user behavior and the ability to navigate through uncertainty with ease.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-motivation.
