Full Stack Team Lead

Wiliot was founded by the team that invented one of the technologies at the heart of 5G. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop PoC and MVP solutions that address the immediate needs of the client team.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to collect and understand project requirements.
• Actively participate in field activities to gain insights and inform requirements for the solutions.
• Work in conjunction with Wiliot's product team to transition PoCs into long-term, scalable solutions.
• The Team lead should be about 70% hands on.
  
  

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, including both front-end and back-end development.
• At least 2 years as Team lead.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong programming skills and hands-on experience in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, JAVA.
• Experience in SQL, REST APIs, HTML/CSS.
• Experience in Mobile Application Development.
• Experience with React.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Solutions.
• Experienced with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Adept at quickly grasping new technologies and frameworks.
• Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to engage in field activities to understand client needs.
