We are looking for a highly independent and self-motivated Global Regulatory and Business Development Manager. This pivotal role, which reports directly to the CEO, is for an individual capable of driving the company's expansion efforts and managing end-to-end projects in collaboration with various departments. The absence of a dedicated business development team requires this role to be self-sufficient and initiative-driven, making key decisions and leading cross-functional teams to success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead international business development initiatives while ensuring compliance with global legal and regulatory frameworks, especially in healthcare.
- Independently manage and strategize the company's entry and expansion into new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies, for collaborations and partnerships.
- Coordinate with law firms globally for legal consultations and compliance guidance.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new growth opportunities and expansion areas.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies, collaborating with operations, marketing, product, and development teams.
- Report directly to the CEO and actively participate in management decisions.
- Display a high level of independence and motivation, capable of leading projects from inception to execution without a dedicated team.
- Stay updated on global regulatory changes and trends in the telemedicine and telepharmacy industries.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, International Business, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field, with a strong understanding of international legal systems.
- Significant experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Exceptional ability to work independently, with a track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and planning skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments within a company.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and sales capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel internationally as required.
