Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales activities and help drive the company's next stage of growth.

The role combines technology development sales, software outsourcing, and recruitment/staff augmentation services.

What youll do:

Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Generate leads independently through networking, outbound activities, partnerships, and other channels.
Sell software development and outsourcing services, including dedicated development teams and end-to-end project delivery.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing.
Build relationships with decision-makers, executives, and technology leaders.
Lead sales meetings and understand bot

Proven experience in B2B sales within the technology / software industry.
Experience selling software development, outsourcing, staff augmentation, recruitment, or IT services.
Strong understanding of the Israeli technology and IT market and an established professional network.
Proven ability to generate leads, open doors, and develop new business.
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Technical orientation with the ability to understand software solutions and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
Ability to discuss and sell solutions across areas such as Web, Mobile, SaaS, Cloud, DevOps, AI, and IoT.
Highly independent, proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
