Monetization Manager

We are looking for a Monetization Manager. This person will be instrumental in driving and optimizing our revenue streams. In this role, you'll take the lead in developing and managing programmatic display and video ad stack. We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on professional with a proven track record of maximizing monetization in the AdTech industry.

Responsibilities:

·Continuously research and implement strategies to enhance Website Monetization & Yield.

Collaborate closely with SSP/Exchange Partners to troubleshoot tech and inventory issues, ensuring seamless campaign launches.

·Lead the optimization strategy for website ad technologies, including auction reserve prices, Header Bidding, Server to Server, and tracking pixels.

·Utilize partner optimization and revenue analysis to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, recommend workflow changes, and implement technical solutions.

·Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to drive monetization goals.

·Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging ad technologies to innovate and maximize revenue.

·Proficient in programmatic advertising methodologies.

·Experience with content arbitrage- advantage.

Requirements:

·3+ years of experience in Ad Ops, Revenue Ops, or Ad Tech, with a strong focus on monetization.

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

·Passion for and curiosity about data analytics and its direct impact on revenue.

·Team player with a proactive "can do" attitude.

·Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

·Strong experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.

·Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

·Advanced knowledge of DFP/GAM, programmatic, header bidding, and/or Video monetization (a plus).

·Deep understanding of digital advertising, SSPs, and DSPs.
