Optitex is leading the digital transformation of the fashion and textile industries to become leaner, more competitive, sustainable, and profitable.

We are currently looking for a financial controller with an analytical orientation to join our finance team.

In this hands-on role, you will play a key role in our global finance team, managing the financial process of the company, applying an analytical approach and providing insights for decision making and potential improvements.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Managing the global monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes and preparing the reporting packages to our parent company and management.
• Preparation of the Company’s budget and monthly monitoring it vs actual results
• Work closely with global financial team to manage the day-to-day financial operations, including AP and AR processes
• Manage the company’s cash flow
• Lead the design, implementation and improvement of financial procedures, internal control and accounting policies.
• Work closely with external auditors, and comply with annual statutory audit, government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Requirements

• CPA with "Big 4" accounting firm experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a high-tech company (preferably SW)
• FP&A experience
• A proven track record of delivering under time pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate and quality deliverables, with high attention to details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
