Controller

We're looking for a Controller to join our growing tech company and play a key role in our expanding finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including preparation of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Prepare tax reports and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and support the annual financial audit process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align financial processes with business needs
• Build scalable and efficient financial workflows and continuously improve reporting and controls
• Provide financial visibility and insights to support management decision-making
• Take part in shaping the financial strategy by bringing business understanding into the numbers

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience as a Controller - mandatory
• Experience in a gaming - strong advantage
• Big 4 background - significant advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and sharp thinking
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial data with real business impact
• Excellent Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership presence, and the ability to lead processes and influence others across the organization
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
