We are looking for a responsible, independent professional Controller, a team player who can work in a fast-growing company and is able to deliver in strict timelines. You will join our professional finance team (reporting to Director of Finance).

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of month-end closing procedures and preparation of quarterly reporting package.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Coordinate with subsidiaries finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Develop and implement internal controls including SOX implementation
• Monthly/Quarterly analytical review
• Work closely with auditors and consultants globally
• Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes including responsibility for the consolidation process
• Work Closely with other functional teams to improve business and system processes.
• Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements, tax filings, Financial statements, internal controls, policies and procedures.
  
  

• CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, Experience with High-Tech companies.
• At least 5 years of experience in the high-tech department of one of the Big 4 accounting firms or 3 years of experience from a publicly traded company
• Experience in NetSuite and Salesforce -advantage
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
