Director of Information Technology

Quali is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Quali’s Information Technology systems, Business Platforms, Security and Compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for managing innovative, complex, and secure technology infrastructure.

Your Impact:

As the Director of Information Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation and future of our IT operations. Your leadership will ensure the seamless integration and security of our software, hardware, and vendor relationships, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of our organization. Through your strategic oversight, you will address and overcome the challenges of standardization, accountability, and security, thereby streamlining our processes and safeguarding our information assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively.
• Direct and establish IT-related projects, infrastructure, applications, and business platforms.
• Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.
• Supervise the networks and computer systems in the company to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems and Business platforms.
• Provide leadership to IT specialists and other staff within the company.
• Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance.
• Own Security policy for IT Infrastructure and SaaS platform.
• Manage compliance policy for the organization.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of networking and security, local, distributed, cloud based.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and technology, experience working with AWS, Azure, and IaaS including the commercial aspects and governance.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology Platform Operations and data management.
• Solid understanding of the business as a system, ability to have a wide view of the business needs and translate them to supporting information technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes.
• A highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Hebrew and English)
• Great interpersonal skills (a must!) and a spark in the eye.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
