The position includes - locating the candidates, creating new recruitment sources, conducting in-depth telephone and face-to-face interviews

Accompanying and promoting the candidates throughout the entire process including negotiations until closing.

Posting jobs on social networks, LinkedIn and job sites.

Conducting in-depth telephone interviews, conducting face-to-face interviews.

Dealing with interfaces in the organization, a challenging role that includes sales aspects.

An advantage for those who come from a sales background\ technical support\ placement companies\ QA.
