🎯 The Role:

• Full ownership of client accounts in the OS domain
• Managing and expanding relationships with strategic customers
• Leading commercial and operational processes: pricing, contracts, workforce planning, and delivery
• Growing existing activity through upsell and cross-sell of staffing and placement solutions
• Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful placements and high customer satisfaction
• Building long-term partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to clients

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment – mandatory
• Experience in Account Management / Client Management – a strong advantage
• Background in OS, staffing, placements, or technology outsourcing – significant advantage
• Strong business and commercial understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sales and growth mindset
