Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a customer success manager to help us to create our activity bigger than ever!

What's the role:

The customer success manager will be responsible for overgrowing and developing assigned advertisers' accounts, by providing online marketing solutions and assistance in order to achieve set-forth revenue goals and targeted objectives.

The position is full-time Sunday to Thursday at the company offices in WeWork Midtown Tel-Aviv.

The working environment is mainly in English.

Job requirements

* Experience in mobile marketing / mobile agencies - an advantage

* Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage.

* A pro-active, charismatic, multi-tasking, motivated, organized, and responsible person.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

* Strong knowledge of Internet technologies and a proven capacity to learn.
