Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Performance analysis, a passion for interpreting complex datasets, and the ability to extract actionable insights to enhance Business performance. The primary responsibility will involve deep-diving into the Product's data, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large complex datasets, master multiple KPIs, dimensions & traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
• Identify Trends & Anomalies: Utilize various analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Proactively investigate and provide insights into unexpected changes
• Continuous Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes or strategies. Continuously refine approaches to improve performance monitoring.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation outlining findings, insights, and recommendations. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills, ability to work with complex datasets, various metrics and dimensions
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within AdTech industry (2+ years)
• Proficiency in SQL querying – an advantage
• Experience with Statistical models – an advantage
• Highly accountable, high sense of responsibility
