Software Engineer Team Lead

A cybersecurity company specializing in cloud-based systems that enable secure and fast organizational communication. The company's goal is to provide a solution for reducing IT complexities by consolidating communication and security capabilities into one cloud platform, enhancing efficiency and speed in security processes with low operational costs.

The position involves establishing new teams, managing a team of 5-6 developers (existing and new recruits), with approximately 50% of the role being hands-on. Directly reporting to the team lead.

The team's domain is highly infrastructure-oriented, providing infrastructure capabilities to clients and various development teams within the company. This is a central team with significant influence on products, developing management applications, various authorization mechanisms, and more.

Technological Stack: Java, AWS, Linux, NoSQL, microservices, Go.

The company employs around 700 people globally, with approximately 400 based in Israel.

Located in Tel Aviv within walking distance from the train station, the work follows a hybrid model, with some days working from home.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a development team leadership role.
• 6 years of overall experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience in GO development.
• Previous experience in developing with Microservices architecture.
