Customer Success Manager

We at HUMANZ Israel are expanding and looking for a player to strengthen our team in Israel for the position of Customer Success Manager!

The role includes managing and leading campaigns for social media influencers; Ongoing work with the influencers and with our clients.

Our platform disrupts the creators economy and empowers valuable long-tail content creators. More than 350 advertisers on our web app and 200K+ active content creators across the world.

On the back of rapid growth abroad, Humanz is looking for a passionate head of product marketing who has a can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Experience in managing clients/campaigns - at least one year
• Knowledge and familiarity with the world of influencers and social media
• A love for people and customers
• Assertiveness and a proactivity
• Order and organization and high management capabilities
• Ability to work in a team and also independently in a dynamic work environment
• Full time job from our office in Tel Aviv *
