Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team. The representative will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving issues and malfunctions, and assisting our company's clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical support.
• Technical knowledge and skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of service consciousness and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of SQL databases is an advantage.
• Certifications such as A+ / MCSA will be a plus.
