Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to establish database formats, update policies, and quality checks.
• Create and maintain a centralized database, ensuring periodic updates.
• Perform tailored analyses to meet department-specific deliverables.
• Assist in report creation, providing necessary graphs or slides.
• Gather and integrate health-related data from diverse sources.
• Analyze data to identify market trends and patterns, presenting actionable insights.
• Develop understandable information presentations to suggest business improvements.
• Construct comprehensive healthcare operation models and validate record-keeping processes.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MSc+) in biostatistics, or physics with a focus on data analytics.
• Background or interest in finance/economics is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in data management systems, analysis tools (e.g., SAS), and SQL.
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and a minimum of 3 years' industry experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with flexibility in working hours.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive ability to conduct data mining.
