Hypercore, a seed stage fintech startup, is seeking for our Head of Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Head of Customer Success at Hypercore, you will play a crucial role in building and executing customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the customer success team, driving innovative ideas and execution.
• Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Develop and implement customer success playbooks to ensure account success.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and best practices for the customer success team.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities based on customer health metrics.
• Establish Hypercore's Customer Success team as a trusted advisor for driving change.
• Collaborate with the product development team to prioritize and implement user-focused features.
• Analyze user behavior and data to improve user engagement.
• Identify and approach upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Head of Customer Success in a SaaS startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in building customer success playbooks from scratch.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Experience working with enterprise accounts and managing their onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and act on customer health metrics.
