Salesforce Implementer

abra's Salesforce Division is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to design and implement business solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires hands-on experience in business analysis, system configuration, implementation, and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Configure and maintain automations, fields, objects, and reports.
• Train and support end users on new business processes and system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to internal users.
• Prepare functional specification and system analysis documentation.

Must have:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and security configurations.
• Strong knowledge of either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong self-learning skills and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.

Nice to have:

• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
