BioCatch is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Revenue Operations team as a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions across the organization. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize processes, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of our revenue operations.
In this position, you will own and manage our Tableau application, consolidate data sources into the BI tool, perform queries, build insightful reports, and create strategic dashboards that drive the sales organization. You will work closely with sales and marketing end-users to document and prioritize the revenue operations technology stack, identify areas of improvement in current UI/UX and application processes, and assist the Director of Revenue Operations Programs in creating a technology roadmap.
Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Lead sophisticated data analysis initiatives, uncovering key insights within revenue operations data via reports and dashboards that tell a story of projections and business health
- Create advanced visualizations using Tableau and similar tools to communicate complex data trends and critical performance metrics effectively
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand strategic business goals;
- Deliver actionable insights through a variety of data visualization tools, contributing to strategic planning;
- Serve as the expert in Tableau and other data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Looker, BigQuery, or Qlik;
- Stay abreast of the latest features in these tools and introduce innovative solutions for enhanced data visualization;
- Assist building a data dictionary that consolidates field names across applications;
- Consolidate redundant reports and dashboards and migrate current reports into Tableau;
- Understand and execute effective queries for Tableau reports;
- Document and assist executing test cases during the development process;
- Implement and lead data quality standards within various data visualization tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability;
- Take a leadership role in resolving complex data quality issues and improving overall data governance;
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and scalability within revenue operations, utilizing various data visualization tools;
- Recommend process improvements for RevOps product roadmap;
- Implement solutions that support the growth trajectory of BioCatch and align with our global expansion milestone.
- 8+ years of prior experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or sales operations within a high growth start-up
- 5+ years of experience with a BI tool (preferably Tableau)
- Experience with sales and marketing reporting metrics, preferably SaaS, with a strong understanding of forecasting, territory management, pipeline management, and account-based marketing
- Expert proficiency manipulating data drawn from/to Tableau, HubSpot, Gainsight, Clari and Salesforce.com
- Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ data
- Driven, self-motivated, and possess a can-do attitude
- Competent communicator comfortable interacting with sales and marketing leadership
