Data Integrity Specialist

As a data integrity specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s data is accurate and consistent across the business units. You will thus oversee the exchange between the Business Unites, the Data Group, Labs, Actuary and Finance and devote your efforts to solve its key challenges and scale it. Some of the key responsibilities of a data integrity specialist include:

• Maintaining the integrity of data in databases by correcting errors or inconsistencies in files after they have been created
• Recommending solutions to problems by identifying and implementing improvements in the data management process
• Analyzing internal datasets and establishing monitoring methodologies
• Monitoring compliance regarding the collection and storage of data
• Maintaining and updating databases and other pools of information collected and analyzed within the company
• Reviewing and approving the grand part of the data before it is entered into a database to ensure accuracy
• Collecting, retrieving and organizing data from different sources to respond to various business needs related to data integrity
• Establishing and enforcing security policies for protecting sensitive data from loss or unauthorized access
• Collaborating with different stakeholders in the company to identify pain points and the most valuable solutions
• Constantly improving the company data working processes
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in as relevant field
• High proficiency in Excel; detail-oriented approach
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data-oriented domains, preferably insurance or finance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Methodological approach to data and enthusiasm to crack the story behind the numbers
• Experience working with data visualization tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in working with SQL is an advantage
