In our ongoing growth, we're seeking a dynamic Development Team Lead to enhance our R&D unit. This role involves collaboration with exceptional developers within a dynamic, startup setting.

Role Overview

• Take on leadership and accountability for a diverse developer team
• Conduct individual meetings with team members
• Integral member of our main engineering and leadership group
• Guide projects from conceptualization to deployment
• Collaborate intimately with product & UX teams to shape our company's direction and implement development strategies
• Embrace full ownership of the system, encompassing infrastructure and readiness for production
• Utilize CI/CD frameworks for regular, top-quality feature releases
• Advocate for writing and maintaining pristine code, setting a standard for others
• Engage in shaping our development culture
• Guide and support our less experienced developers
• Proactively enhance system reliability and stay abreast of technological advancements to refine our team's operations, expedite development, and bolster reliability

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in web/mobile development, with a solid grasp of JavaScript and familiarity with React.js/React Native/Node.js
• Demonstrated success in delivering large, high-quality digital products
• Strongly self-motivated and self-taught
• A zeal for clean coding practices and agile methodologies
• Devoted to user experience considerations
• Advanced skills in technical English, both spoken and written
• Outstanding communication and people skills

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in leading teams
• Familiarity with Typescript
• Proficiency in AWS
• Knowledge of Graphql
• Background in cloud technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications
