What You'll Do

As the Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping Fireblocks' Security products, finding innovative solutions to logical and visual challenges. Collaborating closely with our Product and Design teams, you will contribute to the development of intuitive, fun, and easy-to-use applications while upholding world-class security standards. Join our small, elite, and fast-moving teams to make a significant impact on the evolution of our products.

What You'll Bring

• Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years as a software engineer with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Leadership: Proven track record with at least 4 years of experience in leading and managing teams effectively. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities that drive positive team dynamics and outcomes.
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of production systems and web product architecture.
• Adaptability: Independent, fast learner with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies.
• Team Player: Proactive collaborator with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team, product, and customers.
• Tech Stack: Familiarity with our tech stack (NodeJs, React) is an advantage.
• Blockchain Expertise: Experience with blockchains is a significant advantage.
