Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the Sales team members to develop and refine prospecting strategies and share insights on market trends.

-Generating highly qualified leads for product demonstrations that produce new sales opportunities through outbound activities.

-Track and report on key performance metrics related to outreach activities.

-Maintain accurate and up-do-date records of lead and prospect information in our CRM system.

-Articulate business value of DreamTeam solutions to new business prospects.

‍Qualifications:

-1 year experience in leadership and team management position.

-Fluent English - Excellent oral and written Communication skills.

-2-3 years of inside sales or business development experience in a client facing role for a Saas product - MUST.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).

-Strong interpersonal skills.

-Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

-Enthusiastic, creative, proactive, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Experience with CRM systems especially Hubspot is preferred.

-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

-Able to multi-task, detail oriented, and independent.

-Strong interpersonal skills.
