Development Team Lead

If change runs in your blood, the Captain Technologies is looking for a HO Team Leader to lead a development team.

We are Captain Credit, a fintech company that leads a digital revolution in order to change the laws in the financial system in Israel, for the benefit of all of us, the consumers of Israel.

The unique service we developed will transfer the knowledge control from the traditional centers of power to the consumers and will allow them to upgrade their lives through smart and correct financial conduct.

What You'll Do:

· Lead a development team in bringing our vision to life and making an impact in our users lives.

· Plan, design and develop software solution for our products

· Cooperate with our product team in creating value for our customers

· Deliver a working, robust and great quality software on time.

What We Look For:

· At least 8 years of software development experience

· At Least 2 years as a HO Team Leader

· Experience with .Net Core and C#

· Experience with Nodejs

· Experience with front end technologies (Angular 7+, React.JS)

· Experience with Micro Services Architecture

· Experience with SQL databases

· Familiarity with Docker containers – An Advantage

· Experience with Entity Framework – An advantage

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies – An advantage.
