About the role
As our Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist you will act as a key business partner collaborating closely with various departments and leaders to lead their hiring efforts.
You will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from start to finish, including identifying and attracting exceptional candidates, creating diverse pipelines, delivering great candidate experience, while partnering with all levels of leadership and managers in our organization. You will be hiring for a wide variety of positions for all departments in all of Gloat’s regions (IL, US, EMEA & APAC).
This position will follow a hybrid work structure with a requirement to work 3 days a week in our IL office.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, locally and globally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Source top-tier candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision in our recruitment process.
- Conduct comprehensive HR interviews.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns, informing successful decision-making in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Contribute actively to the enhancement of our employer brand and to ongoing improvements and changes to current practices.
- Utilize data to drive process improvement and high-quality decision-making, while ensuring clean data in our ATS.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in end to end recruitment from a global tech company.
- Previous experience in hiring globally
- Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews, sourcing strategies and offer negotiation
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle
- A team player with no-ego mentality and a can-do attitude.
