Program Manager

Seeking a brilliant, exceptionally ORGANIZED, exceptionally EFFICIENT, exceptionally PRO-ACTIVE, exceptionally PASSIONATE (about optimizing public health), and exceptionally HARD-WORKING team-player to join our team as the Program Manager of the new Center for Health and War at Sheba Tel Hashomer. This will be a demanding position that will involve coordination across multiple departments and multiple health-care settings at Sheba. The Program Manager will be supervised by Raquel Gardner and will interface directly with doctors, health-care staff, research staff, and patients. Prior experience with clinical research and/or clinical trials is a must. Prior program management experience is a plus but not required. Excellent written and spoken English is also a must.

The Center for Health and War will lead clinical research and follow-up care coordination for all war injuries cross Sheba for the forseeable future. The position is full-time. The ideal candidate will help us build the program from the ground up and then stick around to run it.

Responsibilities

• Develop timelines, budget, teams, and action plan for given project
• Ensure high quality work is produced in a timely fashion
• Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
• Facilitate communication between relevant teams
• Coordinate all Center meetings, seminars, conferences

Qualifications

• First degree plus 3+ years of experience in clinical research / program management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
