A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-organizational business and technology initiatives with significant strategic impact.

This role combines enterprise program management, technology transformation, business process improvement, and cross-functional leadership.

You'll work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive complex initiatives, manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and turn strategic objectives into measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale, cross-organizational business and technology programs.
• Manage complex projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Define objectives, milestones, timelines, and progress tracking mechanisms.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges.
• Drive collaboration and execution across multiple teams without direct managerial authority.
• Work closely with senior leadership and key business and technology stakeholders.
• Establish management routines, performance indicators, and governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across business and technology units.
• Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and working methods.
• Operate effectively in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations.
• Experience leading cross-organizational projects or programs.
• Strong business and technology understanding.
• Proven ability to influence, coordinate, and engage managers and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong systems thinking and end-to-end process understanding.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and organizational interfaces.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong independent learning and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of ownership, organization, and personal accountability.
• Motivation to lead complex initiatives and deliver meaningful business impact.
