Program Manager- 244340

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead multiple development projects for automated parking and logistics systems. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to turn product priorities into development plans and drive delivery across mechanical, electrical, software, controls, and systems engineering teams.

A change in one subsystem can shift the integration plan for the entire system. In this role, you’ll spot those dependencies early, bring the right teams together, and drive the decisions that keep development on track.

What you’ll be doing

• Own delivery across concurrent development projects, from scope definition and planning through system integration, validation, and release.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans covering milestones, schedules, shared resources, and dependencies across engineering disciplines.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineering leads to align requirements, set priorities, and make trade-offs when scope, schedules, or resources change.
• Lead execution in a matrix organization. Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and drive decisions across teams.
• Lead program reviews that give engineering teams and leadership a clear view of progress, risks, and decisions. Improve planning and tracking so teams can deliver more predictably.

What we need to see

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary development programs or engineering projects.
• A track record of owning delivery across multiple concurrent projects and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience building and tracking development plans, managing milestones and dependencies, and prioritizing shared resources.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering, with the technical judgment to understand how subsystem decisions affect the full system.

Ways to stand out

• Experience with industrial automation or electromechanical systems that integrate hardware, software, and controls.
• Experience coordinating development across global teams or suppliers.
• Examples of resolving a cross-team dependency that put a major milestone at risk or improving delivery predictability across engineering teams.
