Great video content enriches all our lives, and is widely used in ads all around the world. Billions of dollars are poured into video ads each year by millions of advertisers. However, advertisers fail to understand / analyze what makes their videos perform.
Alison.ai is a breakthrough SAAS product that focuses on analyzing the elements within creatives, in order to find which choices lead to better success in online campaigns (For example – which color of the CTA button drives more conversion? Which text? Which sound? Etc’).
At Alison.ai, you will join the revolution of understanding what makes a video perform well, by identifying customer pain points and needs, eliminate roadblocks & help in designing our solutions.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who would like to lead our work with some of the biggest B2B companies in the world. This is a customer-facing role in which you will be continuously designing and optimizing Creative strategies, based on our award-winning AI technology – Alison.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some work from home. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, retaining customers, building lasting relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills - at least 2 years
- Analytical Skills and problem-solving ability
- Relationship Building and Communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus
- PPC prior experience - Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics and industry trends
- Experience in creative appealing presentations (ppt`s) and present them to clients
- Team player, self-starter, highly organized and
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Basic skills in SQL - Advantage
