Marketplace Analyst

Predicto is a storytelling platform that owns and operates various websites from different verticals. We are dedicated to bringing fresh and engaging content on trending topics, such as finance, travel, science, politics, and health. Our focus is to bring quality content hand in hand with a great user experience in order to maintain leading statistics and provide high-quality media for our advertisers.

We are looking to bring a Marketplace Analyst onboard. An amazing opportunity to take part in a fast-growing company in the hottest field of ad tech right in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

 Conduct data analysis and campaigns optimization using advanced technology tools developed in-house;

 Analyze large scale of data sets and sources in order to optimize and improve business KPI’s;

 Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from collected data to support business decisions;

 Work closely with internal departments as an analytical focal point;

 Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment;

 Familiarity with A/B testing methods and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

 BA in Statistics/Data Analysis/Mathematics/Economics or another quantitative field – mandatory;

 Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions;

 Advanced Excel skills (e.g., advanced pivot tables, vlookups);

 Experience working with large scaled databases and complex SQL procedures – advantage;

 Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong learning capabilities;

 Strong written and verbal communication skills (English);

 Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with senior management, deliver & explain your insights and recommendations;

 Ability to multitask and handle confidential material discreetly.
