About The Role

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Pagaya, ensuring that we remain the preferred employer for our exceptional staff.

This position is temporary, covering maternity leave, with an estimated start date in March 2024.

Responsibilities

• Trusted advisor - Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers and support their D2D needs including coaching executive managers, team building, and employee relations
• Sensing- Use your overall interactions with people together with structured sensing tools to obtain an ongoing holistic understanding of the organizational pulse and provide insights and action plans accordingly
• Systems and tools - Work with HR systems and tools and support the overall integrity of our employee database
• Employee life cycle - Support employee lifecycle including onboarding programs, performance management, comp&ben knowledge, employee retention, offboarding, succession plan, and more.
• Project management - Support and execute various projects within the HR domain
• Continuously optimize the way we do things!
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience as HR Manager or HR partner in fast-paced start-ups, with the ability to work in a changing environment. Additional experience from a large corporate company- advantage
• Passionate for the HR profession, constantly benchmarking and bringing new knowledge
• Genuine curiosity, positivity, and care for people
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology/human resources. MA in relevant fields- advantage
• A good technical aptitude and genuine interest in technological environments
• Ability to consistently offer innovative initiatives to better ourselves and remain best in class employer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
