Engineering Team Lead

We aim to revolutionize the shared security primitive by providing an infrastructure for building novel distributed systems with strong crypto-economic security. 

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Team Lead with expertise in distributed systems to be a key player in our innovative startup.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop distributed systems with high availability and redundancy.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
• Building core components of the framework to further the decentralization of other distributed systems.
• Mentor and train other team members on design pattern techniques and coding standards.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code, using TDD. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years working in a large production environment with many types of services, databases, and components.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Team lead role in a startup.
• Minimum 3 years of development experience in Golang language.
• Experienced architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact. 
• Microservices and infrastructure intense understanding.

Ideally, You Have:

• Experience with Blockchains / distributed systems (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
• Built financial, high reliability and secured systems.
• Experience writing smart contracts.
• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of cryptography.
